Support for Adults, Teens ages 13+ and Families.
Our approach is grounded in safety, understanding and evidence-based practices that support long-term healing, not just short-term relief.
Therapy focuses on helping clients process their experiences, thoughts, and emotions while developing tools to feel more regulated, grounded, and supported.
Services:
Parent Support
Parenting can be overwhelming, especially during seasons of transition or heightened stress. Experiences such as unexpected birth challenges, NICU stays, or postpartum depression can leave parents feeling anxious, disconnected or unsure of themselves. We offer supportive counseling to help you feel more confident, emotionally regulated, and supported as you navigate this chapter.
Mental Health Counseling
We provide compassionate mental health counseling for clients experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder and trauma-related symptoms.
Divorce Counseling
Divorce can bring emotional, relational, and lifestyle challenges. We support individuals and parents navigating separation, conflict, and co-parenting concerns in a safe and nonjudgmental space.
Relationship Challenges
Relationship struggles often stem from attachment patterns and early experiences. Therapy helps clients understand these dynamics and build healthier, more fulfilling connections.
What to Expect
Your first sessions focus on building trust, understanding what brings you to counseling, and exploring your goals. We’ll gather background information and collaborate on a treatment plan tailored to you.
Counseling is a process—some sessions feel relieving, others challenging—but each step builds resilience, insight, and a stronger sense of self.
